Instructions:
Thaw asparagus for about 5 minutes. Cut one inch from the tip of the spear and set aside for the garnish. Then take the roots and cut into ½ inch pieces. In a medium pot bring water to a boil, add root pieces and cook for about 15 minutes then let cool slightly. Carefully puree soup in batches in a blender until smooth. (use caution when blending hot liquids). Transfer back into the pot and add NutraKik® Original and the spear tips. Stir until well mixed and serve with cream or olive oil if desired.
Instructions:
Pour kernels into hot air popper and prepare popcorn. Collect popcorn in a large mixing bowl and pour the melted coconut oil (butter) and mix evenly. Sprinkle NutraKik® Spicy and mix again to make sure that everything is coated evenly. Serve and enjoy!

Instructions:
Melt butter/ghee in a large pot then add red onion, leak, fennel, and sauté until they are translucent. Add water and bring to a boil. Add yams and lentils and boil for 5-6 minutes. Cover and cook for 40-45 minutes on low. Add NutraKik® Original, salt and stir evenly. Serve and enjoy!

In a medium pot bring water to a boil and cook spinach for about 10 minutes. Carefully ladle the soup into a blender and puree soup until smooth. (careful when handling hot liquids) Transfer back to pot. Add NutraKik® Original and salt and stir until well blended. You can serve with a splash of cream or drizzle of olive oil if desired.
